Chris Chu, DVM

After obtaining a B.S. in Animal Science from UC Davis in 2013, Dr. Chu worked as a veterinary assistant until he was accepted into Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2020. He completed his clinical year at Oregon State University in 2024 and he feels incredibly blessed to be able to start his career as a veterinarian as part of the DBVC team. He's passionate about offering a collaborative approach to veterinary medicine that respects both our clients' and our patients' unique and individual needs. As a Bay Area escapee/Sacramento convert, he loves exploring both city and nature. You may catch him playing ultimate frisbee around town or volunteering with his local church group
